Hi there! I’m Hanshini Appannah (aka Hansushi…yes I love sushi). I’m from Mauritius, a tiny little island somewhere in the middle ocean.
Foodwini combines my passion for Cooking (and eating…obviously) and writing. I love playing and experimenting in the kitchen. With Foodwini, I found an interest in photography and videography as well. Everything is self-taught and I am solely responsible for all the content on the website unless otherwise mentioned.
